WebFor weeks, this two DVI & HDMI monitors as extended displays work fine together. One day, we booted the system without turn on the HDMI monitor. Ever since, we are unable to make the system to detect the presence of HDMI display. Yes, we done the device manager - device driver disable - device driver enable. Did not work. WebNot sure if you found the solution yet but it depends on the usb c cable you’re using. The stock one that comes with it to charge is only for charging and doesn’t support video. You’ll need to get a new usb c cable with a high data transfer. I got one that’s 40gb/s and I’m able to do 4k 144hz plus charge it from the same cable.
