WebIf you want to find out about whether you qualify, you should call the government’s Warm Home Discount phone line on 0800 107 8002. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm. The helpline will be open until 31 March 2024, but if you have a query related to a Warm Home Discount claim, you’ll need to call before 28 February.
